Inhale: I am here.
Exhale: I create.
Pause: I remember.
Do that once today.
That is enough.

You will receive one message.
Read it slowly. Practice it simply. Return to it often.
Daily (5 minutes is enough)
Sit. Breathe. Return.
If the mind reaches for answers, that is normal.
Do not fight it.
Come back to breath.
Consistency is the only teacher here.
